Aquatic Centre Venue Attendant

Epsom Girls Grammar School is looking for a reliable Aquatic Centre venue attendant. The primary responsibility of the role is to provide services as required for external users and ensuring the health and safety of the Aquatic Centre.

Workshop Technician

We are looking for a motivated person to support our Technology Department with the running of our school workshop.

If you know how to use woodwork machinery; understand health and safety in a workshop and you know how to build things, we would love to hear from you.

Knowledge in the use of 3D printers and laser cutters would be beneficial but not essential. This permanent position is for 6 hours per week, can be flexible on when the hours are worked at a rate of $20-$21 per hour.

Epsom House Supervisor plus Sleepover

Epsom House is the Boarding House for Epsom Girls Grammar School and has up to 143 students aged from 13 – 18 resident seven days a week during School terms.

We are looking to recruit a Supervisor whose responsibilities will be to work closely with the House Managers and the Assistant Principal with responsibility for Epsom House, and to maintain a safe and supportive environment for students at Epsom House.

To also contribute to the development of a learning environment in which the vision and values of the school and the goals of the school may be achieved within the specific context of Epsom House. This job would suit a person who can form positive relationships with students and encourage them with their sports/cultural activities and their academic responsibilities. Someone who can create attractive after-school activities and programmes and to also supervise and monitor prep time.

The role will require the successful applicant to complete a paid sleepover at the House and be available for any situations when needed during the night. The hours for this position will be Monday – Thursday from10.00pm –6.30am.

It will be for term time only.

Assistant Teacher Mathematics and Statistics - Fixed Term Full Time

Ability to teach senior NCEA Calculus and/or Statistics an advantage.

Key Tasks:

  • Have a sound understanding of the latest curriculum and assessment developments in Mathematics and Statistics.
  • Work with others in a collaborative and cooperative manner
  • Share responsibilities for resource development


  • Current New Zealand teacher registration
  • A graduate qualification in their area of expertise
  • Experience in teaching NCEA achievement standards
