Epsom are the National winners of the NZ Secondary Schools Culinary Challenge

Culinary Challenge

Congratulations to the winning student and teacher Trio of: 
Natalia Kuriger, Abby Munro and Jonathan Low.

They produced 4 entrees and 4 mains in 90 minutes. 

Entree Description  - Seared scallops on parsnip puree, with roast parsnip, parsnip chips and a herb oil  

Main Description - Spinach, pistachio and goats cheese stuffed roulade chicken on kumara puree with pickled fennel, crispy prosciutto and a beurre blanc sauce
